Important Policies and Guidelines
Before reserving your stay, we encourage you to review our policies carefully. Taking a moment to read through them can help you plan with confidence, understand how your stay is arranged, and make sure Northside School Bed and Breakfast is the right fit for your visit to Bonners Ferry.
The Northside School Bed and Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
Cancellation Policy:
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date or the credit card will be charged for one night. If you selected the Non Refundable Rate then your reservation cannot be refunded.
Whole House Bookings, Special Events, and Some Holidays require a 30-day cancellation notice.
Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Check-in:
3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out:
11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A $100 fee cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking except in the designated area. Cannabis is prohibited anywhere on the property and in the state. If your room requires extra cleaning because of it there will be a cleaning fee.
No Pets.
Prices are based on double occupancy. Some rooms may accommodate an extra bed. Extra person rate is $15/night. Please call to make arrangements.
ADA POLICIES
We accommodate guests with special ADA requirements in our Music Room.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
